Biography: Pamela Wade had over 15 years of nursing experience in neonatal intensive care and supervisory positions when she completed her nurse practitioner license. She continued on in Pediatrics, eventually expanding to Family Medicine and focusing on OB/GYN patients and management for chronic and acute conditions. Biography: R. Keone Ah San is a certified Physician Assistant. He has more than a decade of clinical experience, with the majority of those years working for one of the busiest Endocrine/Renal clinics in Southern California. As a result, he has extensive experience in seeing Internal Medicine, Endocrine, and Renal patients. Growing up in Hawaii, he developed an early interest in sports and nutrition. This helped influence his decision to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon, Eugene. Remembering how his childhood pediatrician could always make him feel better, he went on to earn a Masters in Medical Science from the Department of Family Medicine/Physician Assistant Program at Emory School of Medicine in Decatur, Georgia. Today, he enjoys being able to play his part in helping to improve the quality of his patients' lives and, just like his childhood pediatrician did for him, make them feel better.

Biography: Dr. Hart started on the road to becoming a physician by earning his Bachelor degree at California State University Fullerton. After obtaining his medical degree, he completed his internship and residency at Oklahoma University Family Medicine Center where he was honored as Intern of the Year in 2004 and Chief Resident in 2006."I get great satisfaction from the relationships I build over the years with my patients. Thats the best part of primary care, having the opportunity to work with my patients to help them achieve their best possible health."An avid surfer and snowboarder, Dr. Hart is happy to be back in Southern California. He and his wife enjoy listening to music, actual LPs, and he is a fan of saltwater aquariums.
