Biography: Melissa Dunn, M.D., a certified venous and lymphatic medicine specialist, brings over 20 years of experience to United Vein and Vascular Centers. Dr. Dunn attended the University of Iowa College of Liberal Art for her undergraduate and afterwards received her medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Dr. Dunn then went on to complete her residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for Obstetrics and Gynecology. Melissa Dunn has always had a natural desire to fix things. This determination has allowed her to assist thousands of patients to improve their quality of life. Additionally, Dr. Dunn's specific medical background allows for her to give her patients an empathetic perspective when overcoming difficult situations. Dr. Dunn is "A physician who takes pride in listening to, not only hearing her patients, who revels in processes of efficiency, who laughs easily, and who finds great joy in assisting to improve the quality of life of those around her patients and colleagues alike."

Biography: Dr. Matthew Breeden, MD is an Obstetrics /amp Gynecology Specialist who practices in Denver, CO. He is 57 years old and has been practicing for 28 years. Dr. Matthew Breeden, MD is affiliated with HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's.

Care Philosophy: Samit Patel, DO, FACOG, FICS, centers his practice on honesty and listening. He encourages open conversation and questions to help his patients understand their choices when creating a care plan. Dr. Patel received his bachelor's degrees in biology and business from Ursinus College in Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington and during his 13 years in the US Army, Dr. Patel received his executive MBA in health care from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Outside of work, Dr. Patel spends his time staying active and being with his wife, children and dogs. He is also the player-manager for two softball teams and enjoys skiing, music, good food and watching Philadelphia sports teams.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Boylan has been a dedicated ally to women and an advocate for their health since starting private practice in 2012. Dr. Boylan's sincere approach extends beyond the examination room. As a warm, friendly, and highly skilled physician, she genuinely enjoys caring for her patients, and helping bring beautiful new lives into the world. Getting to know each patient is her top priority, fostering a lasting relationship built on trust and understanding.

Care Philosophy: It is important to me that my patients feel that I am connecting with them on a personal level, and that I am listening to their goals and perspectives as medical decisions are being made. I treat them as I would treat my own family members. I am thorough and detail oriented in my asessement and care plans.

He carries this practice into their care, whether it's with their pregnancy and delivery or routine annual gynecology care. Whenever possible, he calls and speaks to patients about their results and answers their questions. I love learning about their lives, families and work, says Dr. Jacobson of his patients. I like to learn what they've found that helps treat and manage their health issues, so I can share with my other patients.

Care Philosophy: My favorite thing about being an obstetrician/gynecologist is caring for patients from adolescence through the menopausal years. I believe in providing compassionate and individualized care for all in an open-minded and comfortable environment. Biography: Dr. Robert Wester was raised in Denver and is a third generation Park Hill resident. He and his wife have three children (two sons and a daughter). When not practicing obstetrics and gynecology, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running, and hiking the Colorado mountains.

Care Philosophy: With a commitment to relationship care, Dr. Forseter sees patients through their entire lifespan. He believes it is ultimately a woman's choice in their care and is there to support them through all their needs in health care.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Sarah Payne is from Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Art History. After college, she spent two years teaching English in Prague, Czech Republic, where she met her husband. Upon moving back to the United States, she attended the University of South Alabama for medical school where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society and graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. Dr. Payne completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Payne enjoys providing compassionate, holistic, high-quality care to women of all ages from teens through menopause. She treats a wide variety of conditions including abnormal bleeding, ovarian cysts, fibroids, infertility, endometriosis, testing for hereditary cancers (e.g., breast, ovarian, endometrial, colon), treatment for menopausal symptoms with bio-identical hormones, and more. She loves delivering babies and taking care of high-risk and normal pregnancies. She specializes in minimally invasive surgery including robotic surgery that allows women to recover quicker and get back to their active lives. Dr. Payne is a warm, compassionate physician, who brings her welcoming charm to our practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, as well as her four-legged kid (Mona, a yellow lab). She also enjoys finding new restaurants in Denver, gardening, skiing, and Alabama Football.

Care Philosophy: I love being an OB/GYN and caring for women at some of the most important times of their lives. It is an honor to ensure the health of my patients and their babies and to support them in good health throughout their lives.
